Mr. Liang Yu briefly introduced CBEX’s developmental history, business model, newly established overseas professional platforms, and especially emphasized the competitive significance of CBEX as the world’s unique market-oriented platform for equity transaction and enterprise consolidation, and explained CBEX’s fast development as equity exchange conglomerates in recent years. Mr. OBA PIERRE expressed his interests in CBEX’s business model and management mechanisms, and pointed out that the both China and Republic of Congo had developed a long history of economic and political friendship and this positive cooperation would play more and more important roles with China’s leading economic growth and increasing international cooperation. Mr. OBA PIERRE wished to take this opportunity to further understand CBEX’s business systemic mechanism and make full use of CBEX’s platform strengths, so as to enhance the cooperation between both countries in economic and enterprise wise.
Both parties also exchanged their opinions on the commonly concerned issues, and concluded the meeting in warm and friendly atmosphere, expecting for more practical cooperation opportunities in the near future.
