On the July 23rd 2010 the official Opening Ceremony of the Close Corporation Russia-China Universal Trading Platform “Factor” (RCUTP “Factor”) has been conducted in the Novosibirsk city, Russia at the Conference Hall of the Siberia Hotel. The following people of name have taken part in the event: Mr. Vladimir I. Psarev (Deputy Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Siberian Federal District), Sergei A. Chufistov (The Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesman to the Siberian Federal District), Vladimir F. Gorodeckij (Novosibirsk city Mayor), Dmitry V. Mikitchenko (Committee Chairman for the external relations and tourism of the Governor’s Administration of the Novosibirsk Region and the Administration of the Novosibirsk Region), Eugene K. Snegirev (The Chief of the Federal Financial Markets Service for the Siberian Federal District) along with Mr. Liang Yu (The Chairman of China Forestry Exchange and The Chairman of China Beijing Gold Exchange Ltd).

Mr. Liang Yu and the President of RCUTP “Factor” Mr. Igor B. Kuznetsov have opened memorial tablet. The Golden CBEX Certificate has been granted to the Russian side.

The spokesmen have been denoted the importance of cooperation development between Russia and China in the investment activities field as well as the essentiality of creation new business technologies therein.

In the presence of guests the ceremonial subscription of The Territorial Strategic Partnership Agreement between China Beijing Gold Exchange Ltd. and RCUTP “Factor” has been done. Mr. Liang and Mr. Kuznetsov have conducted briefing for mass media.

In the final part of the event the guests have casual conversations on the cocktails reception.
