Purchase Application and Commitment

Moreover, our source of capitals is legal and is complying with related laws and regulations as well as other regulations on qualifications of transferees of the project. 3. We have fully understood and accept all contents and requirements of information release and have carefully considered the operation status, industry, market and policies of the transfer objects and other unpredictable risks, and are willing to shoulder any possible transaction risks.

4. We are not members of the top management as described in the Temporary Regulations on Transfer of Enterprises’ State-owned Property Rights to Members of the Management Team (No. 78 Property Rights Document Issued by the SASAC in 2005), and aren’t accept the entrustment of the members of the management team. (Applicable to non-members of the management team)

5. Whatever any transaction methods are adopted, we will offer the price no lower than the transfer price. Otherwise, the transaction deposit paid will not be refunded as the fine for breach of contract, and for the compensation to the transferor, the entrusted transaction agency and CBEX.

We promise to abide by aforesaid commitment. In case that we don’t abide by aforesaid commitment or have law-breaching behaviors, and thus result in any losses to the transaction parties, we will shoulder correspondingly legal responsibilities and economic compensation liabilities.
