Foreign Vice President

China Technology Exchange (CTEX) is jointly established by Beijing Municipal Government, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the State Intellectual Property Office and Chinese Academy of Sciences with the approval from the State Council to provide technology transaction services.

CTEX is dedicated to innovate the service mode of technology exchange for the purpose of “establishing an international center of technology exchange market in Beijing”. Driven by the service concepts of “Fairness, Openness, Innovation and Efficiency”, and the principle of “Equality, Willingness, Openness and Cooperation”, and also following the ideology of “Technology + Capital + Service”, CTEX commits itself to provide integrated service of technology exchange, technology financing innovation and practices, and supplementary service of science and technology projects. CTEX has fully expanded its business globally, attracted leading brokerage members worldwide, accumulated tremendous scientific research achievements, and launched various innovative services products, such as patent auction, financial trust of commercialization of scientific research achievements, professional consulting, IP Evaluation, Tech Venture for SMEs. Furthermore, CTEX has successfully completed a group of influential cases, and made its breakthrough in the international business to enhance its visibility and influence in the industry.

In order to further expand its international influence, exploit oversea markets, accelerate the course of internationalization, develop international technology exchange business and promote global communication of technologies, CTEX now recruits a foreign Vice President.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

l    Assist the President to construct the international business strategy and build up the channel for international business.

l   Introduce the experience of successful practices worldwide.

l   Import international supply and demand resources, and develop international technology transfer business.

l   Possess related channels for international business, familiar with the rules and regulations of international intellectual property organizations, capable of importing resources of international technology transfer.

l   Possess background of international technology markets and intellectual property management through education, work experience and/or profession qualifications.

l   Get familiar with strategy management of international intellectual Property, international technology market management, and related legal issues; have work experience on similar job post in famous foreign companies.

l   Master’s degree or above; communicating fluently in Chinese and English.

l   Passionate, aggressive and responsible; excelled in human communication, organization, coordination and business negotiation.

l   Excel in project management, market expansion, investing management, property right markets, and technology transfer and conversion are preferred
