In case of breach of the intended transferee or the condition that the deposit is not refunded stipulated in the Equity Transfer Announcement, the transferor may claim the corresponding compensation against the intended transferee at the limit of the deposit paid by the intended transferee after deducting the fees charged by CBEX and commission of the broker members

In the event the deposit is insufficient to make up the losses of the transferor, CBEX or the broker members, the parties suffering from losses may recover losses from the intended transferee at fault.
