The transferor shall be responsible for the Authenticity, integrity and validity of the content it filled in the Equity Transfer Announcement and the materials it submitted.

In the event the intended transferee with confirmed qualification requests the transferor to make explanation to some content of the Equity Transfer Announcement, the transferor shall make a reply within five working days upon receiving the notice from CBEX. CBEX may terminate the transaction if the transferor fails to make a reply within the stipulated time and request the transferor to bear the corresponding liabilities in accordance with the relevant provisions.
