(2) Both parties pay in the service fees- both parties of the transaction pay in the service fees in accordance with the charging standards of CBEX;
(3) Transaction target ownership alteration- the transferor urges the target enterprise to go through the ownership alteration procedure with the registration authority with the equity transaction voucher and the other relevant document; the transferee shall offer necessary assistance and coordination in the process;
(4) Payment transfer- the transferor handles the equity transaction payment transfer with CBEX together with the broker members by presenting the equity ownership alteration testimonial, payment transfer letter, ID of the handler and the payment collection voucher. CBEX shall transfer the transaction price within three working days starting from the following day when the transferor requests it to handle the payment transfer process. In the event both parties of the transaction stipulated the payment transfer separately, their agreement can be followed after being reviewed by CBEX.
