The equity transaction projects concluded through CBEX will be charged the equity transaction service fees or the outcry service fees. The equity transaction service fee refers to the charges the transferor and the transferee shall pay when they handle the transaction conclusion procedures; the outcry service fee refers to the charges both parties shall pay for the projects transacted with the outcry mode (including the auction, bidding, on-line outcry and dynamic quotation etc.).

The equity transaction service fee is calculated with the equity transaction price as the basis. See the following for the standards:

 In the transaction price column, “below” includes the number stated; “above” does not include the number stated in the cell. The margin calculation rate is the one-way calculation rate of a single transaction. The one-way service fee of a single transaction shall not be lower than 1,000 yuan.

The outcry service fee is no more than 5% of the transaction price. The one-way outcry transaction service fee of a single transaction shall not be lower than 3,000 yuan.

The service fee is normally calculated in RMB. The transferor and the transferee of the same project shall pay the service fee respectively.
