(1) The transfer target is damaged or lost because of force majeure event;

(2) The transferor or the target enterprise is dismissed or cancelled;

(3) The transferor or the transferee does not proceed to the equity transaction procedure without a sound reason and does not act after being urged by CBEX;

(4) The other conditions that the equity transaction is confirmed unable to continue.
