The disputes about the equity transaction can be mediated by CBEX or the regulatory authority of CBEX. The following matters can be mediated by CBEX:

(1) The dispute on the information release content, transaction procedure, intended transferee confirmation and transaction mode;

(2) The disputes on breach of the other party of the transaction;

(3) Nonfeasance or improper act of the other party of the transaction that infringes legal rights and interests of the mediation applicant;

(4) The other disputes that CBEX accepts.

The following matters are applicable to the regulatory authority of CBEX:

(1) The disputes that CBEX is the applicant;

(2) The disputes that CBEX is the respondent or CBEX is involved.
